In this first video, I talk about the unreliability of Cash Equivalent Values (CEVs) in determining what your pension will actually pay. Dividing pensions during divorce proceedings isn’t as simple as looking at which number is bigger (if only!), and I give some example scenarios with graphics to demonstrate my points.
